Here are some of our own projects as well as those commissioned by external clients.
Consoles for radiocommunication and navigation systems
Precision consoles for radiocommunication and navigation systems were manufactured using laser cutting technology and CNC bending.
After the welding process, the components underwent finishing treatment and were prepared for powder coating, ensuring durability and resistance to demanding operating conditions.
The finished product meets the high quality requirements of the marine industry, both in terms of structural strength and workmanship aesthetics.
CNC-manufactured steel components
The photos show examples of steel components manufactured using modern CNC technologies, including:
– CNC turning and milling,
– 10 kW Fiber laser cutting.
The components are prepared for further operations, including bending on a seven-axis CNC press brake.
New project from our production: GP Bench
Steel frame + wooden slats = simple design, solid craftsmanship, and comfortable backrest.
The model was originally created for our company yard – it immediately received great feedback and… the first orders.
Folding road barrier for traffic separation T1-W1
The 6-meter folding road barrier for traffic separation T1-W1 (GP-500/240) was developed in collaboration with the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, certified at the Dynamic Test Center in Switzerland, and patented.
Road safety device for collision cushioning TMA - Guardian
The road safety device for collision cushioning, TMA up to 100 km/h, was developed in collaboration with Auburn University in the state of Alabama.
TMA - Defender
Road safety device for collision cushioning, TMA up to 100 km/h.
The product is made of aluminum sheets, previously laser-cut and bent on a press brake.
The structure is created through riveting and adhesive bonding of the respective sections.
The outer surface is wet-painted and covered with reflective films.
B3 trailer chassis
The product consists of several components manufactured at GP.
Among the processes used are: robotic welding, conventional welding, laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, CNC turning, final assembly, and many others.
Portable Traffic Lights cart
The entire structure is made of galvanized sheet metal, joined by riveting.
The body is additionally reinforced with embossments.
Some components are powder-coated.
Hot-dip galvanized wire mesh barrier
Examples of use:
- As a single element for fencing off a section of road/sidewalk or as a system for complete road/sidewalk closure.
- Fencing off excavations.
- Mass events.
- Water, power (non-conductive plastic barriers), and gas utility companies.
Crowd Control Barriers
Examples of use:
- Made entirely from hot-dip galvanized steel.
- Easy and quick installation.
- Secured against the removal of a single barrier from the series.
- Water and wind-resistant.
U21 Road gauge limiters
Examples of use:
- Made from high-quality frost-resistant material.
- No steel tube inside – road-safe, easier recycling.
- U21 road edge limiters can be covered with 1st or 2nd generation film.
- Thanks to the special shape of the post, the film is protected from damage.
- Reflective surface 250 x 1000 mm.
